ABSTRACT: "LNP Capability Specifications: Location Portability," describes the view of Telcordia on the proposed wireline switching and signaling
generic requirements for LNP when the number is being ported beyond rate center boundaries. The scope of this document includes
Location Portability with rate center change and addresses the user perspective, the service provider perspective, feature requirements
(provisioning, switch and AIN call processing, feature interactions, transmission, administration, maintenance, AMA usage
measurement/recording, network management), operator services systems requirements, signaling (TCAP and ISUP), and network impacts.
This document builds on GR-2936, "LNP Capability Specification: Service Provider Portability," Issue 3, which describes
requirements for portability without rate center change.

GR-1100, GR-1298, GR-1504, and/or GR-1517. You may also want to refer to SR-4101.
