ABSTRACT: GR-568 replaces TR-TSY-000568, Issue 1, but contains NO TECHNICAL CHANGES from that original document. It has been issued strictly to

A subscriber may want to have calls answered at another line when the called station is busy. The result is a reduction of
uncompleted calls due to busy treatment being given when the terminating line is busy. Series Completion is a feature that allows
calls to a busy Directory Number (DN) to be routed to another specified DN in the same switching office. It is a type of hunting
feature in which DNs are grouped into rearranged ordered lists. This Generic Requirements document (GR) describes the view of Telcordia
on generic requirements for the Series Completion feature.
