Bulk Calling Line Identification (BCLID) service, a Telcordia CLASS feature, allows the Centrex, Multi-Line Hunt Group (MLHG), or
Private Branch Exchange (PBX) customer to receive call-related information on calls received from outside the Centrex, MLHG, or PBX.
Examples are the calling and called Directory Numbers (DNs), the station number that the call was routed to (if the called party is a
hunt group service), the date and time that the call was received, the calling line type (individual or group), and a PIN (Personal
Identification Number) indicator to the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) shortly after the call is received. This GR defines the view
of Telcordia on generic requirements for the BCLID service.
When using GR-32, you may need to refer to GR-1193. You may also want to refer to GR-246, GR-317, TR-NWT-000444,
GR-853, GR-972, GR-1100, and/or GR-1188.
